Puppies-Puppies-Puppies  Fall 2010 Takoda litter planned

Reservations are being taken at this time for Takoda's first litter. We would be happy to share our breeding plans with  you.  See the Australian Shepherd Puppies page for full details .  Deposits will be required at this time for Takoda's litter.  Takoda is not red factored, so we anticipate deep rich Blue Merles and Black Tris.   We are expecting Show, Companion and Agility prospects.

We are also currently accepting reservations, without deposit, for puppies from our fabulous Cheyenne. We currently are campaigning  Cheyenne, but  all things being equal, she will be breed late 2011. We would be happy to discuss our breeding plans with you, so please drop us an email.  If you would like to reserve a Cheyenne puppy with no obligation at this time,  please email us at  the link below with your preferences. We will respond as soon as possible. The order in which the reservations are received at this point should not be associated with 1st, 2nd, 3rd Pick etc.

Aleshanee Australian Shepherds will make offers based on the appropriate home for the puppies once born and we have the opportunity to study each puppies characteristics. Having said that we will make every effort to connect you with the Australian Shepherd puppy of choice.  Good homes will be taken into consideration over price.

Did you know ??

HIC at the end of a dogs name is a title that  stands for Herding Instinct Certificate.

This is a pass/fail test to determine your dogs’ natural instinct to Herd livestock.

Your dog is placed in a large pen with the judge and several sheep. Based on your dog's interaction with the sheep, the judge will, or will not, award a Herding Instinct Test Certificate (HIC)

When your dog passes, your dog is awarded a Herding Instinct Certificate and the title of HIC may be used after your dogs registered name.

Both Takoda and Cheyenne have been awarded the title of HIC
